In india democracy is a farce , freedom a mirage. the most basic freedom RIGHT TO INFORMATION & EXPRESSION , is not honoured by the government,as the information opens up the crimes of V.V.I.Ps & leads to their ill-gotten wealth. The public servants are least bothered about the lives of people or justice to them. these type of fat cats , parasites are a drain on the public exchequer . these people want ,wish me to see dead , wish to see HUMAN RIGHTS WATCH closed . so that, a voice against injustices is silenced forever , the crimes of V.V.I.Ps closed , buried forever.
To my numerous appeals , HRW's appeals to you ,you have not yet replied. It clearly shows that you are least bothered about the lives of people or justice to them .it proves that you are hell bent to protect the criminals at any cost. you are just pressurising the police to enquire me ,to take my statement, to repeatedly call me to police station all with a view to silence me.all of you enjoy "legal immunity privileges" ,why don't you have given powers to the police / investigating officer to summon all of you for enquiry ?or else why don't all of you are not appearing before the police voluntarily for enquiry ?at the least why don't all of you are not sending your statement about the case to the police either through legal counsel or through post? you are aiding criminals ,by denying me job oppurtunities in R.B.I CURRENCY NOTE PRESS mysore , city civil court ,bangalore , distict court , mysore ,etc & by illegally closing my newspaper.
there is a gross, total mismatch between your actions and your oath of office. this amounts to public cheating & moral turpitude on your part.
1.you are making contempt of the very august office you hold.
2.you are making contempt of the constitution of india.
3.you are making contempt of citizens of india.
4.you are sponsoring & aiding terorrism & organized crime.
5.you are violating the fundamental & human rights of the citizens of india and of neighbouring countries.
6.you are violating & making contempt of the U.N HUMAN RIGHTS CHARTER to which india is a signatory.
7.you are obstructing me from performing my fundamental duties as a citizen of india.
you are hereby called upon to SHOW-CAUSE within 30 days , why you cann't be legally prosecuted for the above mentioned crimes .
If i am repeatedly called to police station or else where for the sake of investigations , the losses i do incurr as a result like loss of wages , transportation , job , etc must be borne by the government. prevoiusly the police / IB personnel repeatedly called me the complainant (sufferer of injustices) to police station for questioning , but never called the guilty culprits even once to police station for questioning , as the culprits are high & mighty . this type of one sided questioning must not be done by police or investigating agencies . if anything untoward happens to me or to my family members like loss of job , meeting with hit & run accidents , loss of lives , etc , the jurisdictional police together with above mentioned accussed public servants will be responsible for it. Even if criminal nexus levels fake charges , police file fake cases against me or my dependents to silence me , this complaint is & will be effective.
if anything untoward happens to me or my dependents , the government of india is liable to pay Rs. one crore as compensation to survivors of my family. if my whole family is eliminated by the criminal nexus ,then that compensation money must be donated to Indian Army Welfare Fund. afterwards , the money must be recovered by GOI as land arrears from the salary , pension , property , etc of guilty police officials , public servants & Constitutional fuctionaries. - Legislate LOKPAL Bill
With whole hearted respects to the parliament & all
constitutional bodies , hereby we are appealing to the honest few in public
service , honest few in parliament , honest few in judiciary & honest few
in police , to legally prosecute their corrupt colleagues , to legislate
“ LOKPAL BILL” with full powers to enforce accountability
of all public servants , MPs , MLAs , Police , etc to the citizens
of india. Contempt of Parliament & other constitutional bodies is being made
by some of the Corrupt MPs themselves. Therby these MPs are making contempt of
Indian Parliament , 105 crore Indian citizens , Constitution of India and
Obstructing the Indian Citizens from performing their FUNDAMENTAL DUTIES to
uphold constituion of india , it's dignity. These Corrupt Public Servants are
doing more damges to India's National Unity & Integrity than naxals
& terrorists . These Corrupt Public Servants are more deadlier &
greater threat to india than Pakistan & China. The honest few in
parliament & other constitutional bodies are either keeping mum or
not taking appropriate steps to intiate criminal legal prosecution against
their corrupt colleagues , this is aiding those criminals to do more crimes ,
to go unpunished , to manipulate legal system , to manipulate evidences / records
, to get acquitted by courts for lack of evidences , to influence police to
withdraw cases against them or to file B reports , etc. In these ways the
corrupt public servants will never be convicted , they will be either
stay as accussed or acquitted for lack of evidences or government withdraws
cases against them or police file B report.
Citizens of india are supreme in democratic republic of india.
parliament , MPs , MLAs are creations of citizens and are subservient ,
subordinate to the citizens of india. Creations cann’t be supreme than the
creator.
Vohra committee has officially acknowledged the criminalization of
politics , parliament , legislatures. The politicians crave for power because ,
while in power investigating / prosecuting agencies will be under their control
/ influence and they can manipulate the legal process , WHITE WASHING all their
crimes. Just see , recently union home minister Mr.Chidambaram
influencing the delhi police for closing a cheating case against a
builder by forcing the police to file “B” report. Recent example read vijaya
karnataka kannada daily dated 14.04.2012 lokayukta police favoring ex-CM
Yediyurappa & Minister Somanna tried to close a case before lokayukta
court by filing B Report although enough evidences are there to prosecute Ex CM
& Minister . Politicians stoop low to such levels , to make money Ex
: irregularities in purchase of coffins meant for kargil martyrs ,
allotment of flats meant for war widows , war veterans at Mumbai.
If proper accountability of public servants is legally enacted,
independence , autonomy of judiciary & police is legally enacted ,
then those in power cann’t WHITE WASH their own crimes. That is the reason many
political parties are opposing “LOKPAL BILL” since decades under many pretexts.
Subject to conditions , I do offer my services to the government

JANLOKPAL BILL - Need for Accountability of VVIPS
While drafting our constitution of india , drafting
members - freedom fighters themselves assumed
that in future also the persons who will occupy constituional
positions will be sincere & of high impeccable integrity. However
they were proved wrong. Late Prime Minister of Great Britain Mr.Winston
Churchill has been proved right.
"Power will go to the hands of rascals, , rogues and
freebooters. All Indian leaders will be of low calibre and men of straw. They
will have sweet tongues and silly hearts. They will fight among
themselves for power and will be lost in political squabbles . A day would come
when even air & water will be taxed." Sir Winston made this statement
in the House of Commons just before the independence of India & Pakistan.
Nowadays , criminals have entered
into public service , working as police , magistrates , etc. Criminals have
become MPs , MLAs and are also working as Cabinet Ministers . Criminals have
become judges , some of them have become supreme court judges.
End result CRIMINALS POLICING THE OTHER
CRIMINALS , CRIMINALS DRAFTING LAWS , CRIMINALS JUDGING
OTHERS.
Even there are cases of irregularities ,
illegaliteies by Prime Minister of India and Irregularities
, illegalities committed by supreme court of india
judges . Example : JMM MPs bribery case , CWG Scam , 2G Scam ,
Bofors Scandal , etc and Bhopal Gas Tragedy
Judgement fixing by then chief justice of india by way of alteration
of charges , financial irregularities , illegal dealings
by supreme court judges , etc.
In this backdrop , continuing with legal immunity to Prime
minister of india , supreme court judges or any constitutional
persons is nothing but blanket clearance to those VVIPs to
commit more crimes , more anti-national acts wthout the fear of
Law or Legal Prosecution. THIS LEGAL IMMUNITY IS & WILL BE
AGAINST THE BASIC CONSTITUTIONAL LETTER & SPIRIT OF EQUALITY & EQUITABLE JUSTICE.
Are not some of the cabinet minsiters
, so called constitutional experts , great advocates aware
of this fundamental violation of constitution of india. Ofcourse
, these advocates rightly fight for , take the cases of poor , commonman , they
usually take cases of MNCs , Big time criminals , etc. Let these
constitutional experts show us a single government hospital without
corruption . Let the light of our constitution shine on our learned
friends in the parliament belonging to all political parties.
Corruption is there in every political party , in the same way there are very

2) What are the privileges conferred on legislators & parliamentarians by the constitution of India?

3) What are privileges conferred on constitutional functionaries, like
a) President of India b) Prime Minister of India
c) Chief Justice of India d) Chairman of NHRC
e) Central Vigilance Commissioners.
4) Are the privileges legal immunity conferred on above mentioned constitutional functionaries ?

18) While it is an unhealthy practice for a Judge to claim to be a Judge in his own cause, is it not worse for the members of the legislature and parliament to be judges in their own cause ?

Drugs
banned in developed world sold in India: Parliamentary Panel
New Delhi: Pointing to a collusive nexus between drug manufacturers,
officials of Drugs Control Organisation and medical experts in granting
approvals to new drugs, a Parliamentary Panel said drugs banned, discarded or
withdrawn in developed countries are in circulation in India.
The Parliamentary Standing
Committee on Health and Family Welfare also pointed to serious lapses and
irregularities on the approvals of new drugs and pointed out that 33 such drugs
were approved without conducting clinical trials on Indian patients.
Alarmed at concerns of safety
of Indian patients using such new drugs approved by the Central Drugs Standard
Control Organisation (CDSCO), the top body handling approval of drugs, the
Committee held "this matter needs to be reviewed to ensure safety of
patients, fair play, transparency and accountability."
The Committee said
scrutiny of 42 drugs picked up randomly involving grant of drug approvals in
utter disregard of regulatory procedures and violation of rules and pointed out
to files of approval of three controversial drugs (pefloxacin, lomefloxacin and
sparfloxacin) found missing and untraceable.
These drugs were either
never marketed or withdrawn in the US, Canada, Britain, Australia and other
countries.
The Committee also
pointed to a nexus between drug industry and medical experts who give their
opinion on "personal perception" to push "unsafe" drugs for
use.
"The Committee
expresses its deep concern, extreme displeasure and disappointment at the state
of affairs...The Ministry should ensure that the staff at CDSCO does not
indulge in irregularities in approval process of new drugs that can potentially
have adverse effect on the lives of people. It is difficult to believe that
these irregularities on the part of CDSCO were merely due to oversight or
unintentional. Hence, all cases should be investigated," the Committee
held.
On the three drugs whose
files went missing, the Panel held "all these drugs were approved on
different dates and years creating doubts if their disappearances were
accidental.
In India, these drugs
are on sale. It is not posible to monitor if manufacturers are abiding by
conditions of approval."
Citing the example of
Deanxit, the Panel pointed out that the drug continued to be prohibited for
sale and use in Denmark, the country of its origin, and thus permission to
import and market it in India was given unlawfully.
"There must be some
very good reasons for Danish Medical Agency not to approve a domestically
developed drug where an anti-depressant drug would be in greater demand as
compared to India. Curiously, Deanxit is allowed to be produced and exported
but not allowed to be used in Denmark," it said.
The panel cited another
example of Letrozole by Novartis, used as an anti-cancer drugs used only in
post-menopausal women, is used only in India where it is permitted for use in
female infertility.
The Panel also found
that in some drugs like Buclizine administered to babies for appetite
stimulation was unlawfully approved in India without clinical trials and
without consulting experts. Latest scientific evidence from countries like
Belgium, where the drug originated, was sought by the panel while seeking
review of its approval.
After scrutiny of 39
drugs documented, the panel said 13 drugs (33 per cent) like buxlizine for
appetite stimulation, nimuselid injection, Dozoflylline, Foxed Dose Combination
of of Pregabalin with other agents, FDC of Ofloxacin with Ornodazole did not
have permission for sale in any major developed countries like US, Canada,
Australia, UK or EU and none had special relevance to medical needs here.
It held that in 11 drugs
(28 per cent) like Everolimus of Novartis, Colistimethate of Cipla, Exemestane
of Pharmacia, Ademetionine of Akums, Pemetrexid of Eli Lilly, Ambrisentan of
GlaxoSmithKline, mandatory Phase III clinical trials were not conducted.
The clinical business of illegal
drug trials
Unethical drug trials by
Western pharmaceutical companies are killing poor people in Africa
and India. The sad part of such trials, says health
activist Mira Shiva, is that many of thesedrugs being tried and
tested on the vulnerable people areunnecessary and irrational.
Recently, a bench of the Supreme Court of India expressed
grave concern over an ongoing illegal clinical trial of untested drugs
while responding to a public interest litigation (PIL) filed by a
group of doctors. The petitioners alleged that multinational
corporations have used poor people including juveniles, adivasis and dalits
as guinea pigs for various drug and vaccine trials.
"Over 3,300 patients
were tested. Clinical trials were conducted on 233 mentally-ill patients,
1,833 children in the age group ofone day to 15 years. In 2008,
there were 288 deaths, in 2009, there were 637 deaths,
and in 2010, there were 597 deaths," the PIL had
said.
The court has
sought an explanation from the government and the Medical Council of India,
a statutory body with the responsibility of establishing and maintaining
high standards ofmedical education and recognition of medical
qualifications in thecountry.

a debate on drug trials on vulnerablepeople in developing
countries which, according to many, is a big business these days. India
and Africa offer the most suitableenvironment for global clinical
trials, therefore, the maximum number of unabated illegal drug
trial cases emerge from these regions.
Trials on ‘subjects’
Before introducing a
new drug for use by humans, companies carry out clinical trials to study

out on ‘subjects’, after their ‘informed consent’ is taken. The ‘informed
consent’ means that theparticipant not only agrees for the trial but is
also aware of its repercussions.
The subject’s safety
is ensured in the United States but not inIndia. There are guidelines
by the Indian
Council of Medical Research (ICMR), the apex
body in India for the formulation, coordination and promotion of biomedical
research, which arenever inacted.
Clinical trials or
aggressive marketing of drugs?
A Gurgaon-based clinical
trial consulting firm, Ziven Consulting, reveals that the global clinical trial industry
is worth Rs 1,56,870 crore and clinical trials conducted in India in 2008
were worth Rs 1,345 crore. The data clearly reflects that
mushrooming of clinical trials in India started after 2005.
Mira Shiva, Head of the Public
Policy, Voluntary Health
Associationof India (VHAI), and coordinator of the All India Drug Action Network,
told OneWorld that these trials
are done totally from a market point of view and that too
for Western markets.
“An extremely ethical
trial for a nonsensical drug, does that make it great?” argued Shiva.
There are drugs in the market
which are safer, cheaper and more receptive. Therefore, the testing of newer
and similar drugs is irrational and part of excessive marketing.
Huge amounts are pumped into such practices in the name of R&D
that indirectly go from the exchequer's pocket. So, the idea
that all clinical trials aregreat, and all drugs in the market
are necessary is a farce, reasons Shiva.
Lack of health
literacy
“We don’t have minimal
health literacy as part of education. People are clueless
about their systems, clueless about their medicines and clueless about their
rights as patients,” said Shiva. The participants (or subjects) of these trials
are poor and vulnerable people because they are the ones
who risk their health, and ultimately their lives, for small chunks of money.
The subjects don’t even know how the trial process works.
It is a known fact that
the poor in developing nations even sell their blood and
kidneys for money. Many kidney donors suffer from complications throughout their
lives and it is a similar fate for the victims of unethical
clinical trials who either die or suffer severe health
complications for the rest of their lives. Most do not even get
adequate compensation.
In developing
countries, pharmaceutical companies outsource these trials to research
organisations but in case of complications, nobody is held
accountable.
Ironically, even the educated
people are not aware of their rights. The issue of drug
trials should raise the bar of what the general public
should know as patients or as a 'subject' undergoing a random drug trial.
KILLER COLAS & KILLER MEDICINES OF INDIA
- Government officials murdering innocents in league with greedy
industrialists
In india , & many other 3rd world countries , the larger
corporations ,
MNCs & industry lobby is literally running the governments. They are
grossly abusing human rights of people. Hereby, HRW calls upon GOI to
rein in those corporations. It is not the first time that , the
harmful effects of colas - food beverages are made public. The
government is aiding the cola companies in covering-up their crimes ,
in hiding harmful ingradients of their products in the name of trade
secrets. The government is yet to enact a new food legislation making
it mandatory for all manufacturers of food items to specifgically
mention the type & quantity of ingradients on each food product.
Even , under the present food Act itself the government officials can
ban the harmful colas & other products in the interest of public
health & lives. Then how will they get kickbacks ?
The cola companies are so cunning & ruthless that they have used
muscle power - rowdies , corrupt police personnel & assaulted
harmless
peaceful protestors. The cola companies have purchased justice
previously in kerala & got favourable judgement. Due to presence of
cola companies , under water table has depleted in surrounding
villages. The farmers are unable to grow their crops & are committing
suicides. One of the senior executive of a cola company - BEJOIS ,
MADE MURDER THREATS , FIX-UPS IN FALSE CASES TO EDITOR OF HUMAN
RIGHTS
WATCH'S and even made false complaint to police , but repeatedly
failed to turn-up for enquiry fearing that truth will come out. The
police closed the case subsequently.
In India , many medicines / drugs manufacturing companies are
silently
murdering thousands of innocent patients. Some of these companies are
manufacturing counterfeit drugs of popular brands. Some MNCs , big
drug companies are in cheating business , they are just filling chalk
powder in tablets where as on the outer cover they mention
ingradients
& quantities of it which are not at all their in the product. The
patients who are taking these chalk powder tablets , hoping that they
will get cured of diseases are dying due to lack of proper
medication.
These greedy , cheating drug companies are also exporting these
counterfeit drugs to many third world countries like Nigeria. The
drugs controller of Nigeria has caught hold of evidences about these
illegal drugs & their import from India. These companies with the aid
of mafia even tried to finish her off. The GOI is yet to take action
on her complaint. Silence of GOI bought for a price by drug
companies.
Just a few months back , there was a programme called "bad medicine"
on BBC channel , where in the drugs controller for Nigeria proved
that 95% of drugs in nigeria are fake & 80% of them are being
exported
from india. These indian fake medicines are killing hundreds of
innocents in nigeria & she is crusading to control to control it. She
has survived murder attempts by the pharma drugs mafia linked to
india. She came over to india along with BBC correspondent & under-
cover they went to greedy industrialists. The said industrialists-
FAKE SPECIALISTS boasted how they fake the holograms , labels of big
MNCs , how they add chalk powder , paracetamol to all tablets , how
they gifted imported car to a chief minister in return for protecting
their crimes fake businesses , etc. At the end, the drugs controller
for india , refused to give an interview, EVEN TO MEET the BBC
correspondent, fearing that all his beans will spill out. Just Few

certain pharmaceutical
companies & drugs control department officials and unearthed a huge
scam of Rs.200 crore of fake medicines. However the government didn't
take any action as politicians were also part of the ring & threw the

In india, how many are dying due to fake medicines - the corrupt
officials are covering the numbers & shielding the murderers the
greedy industrialists. Previously HRW has appealed to government
authorities including supreme court of India , but to no avail. It is
